One all this flooding is over, there is going to be one touch clean up, and expensive. With all the damaged homes, stores, roads, parks, playgrounds, sport's fields etc... I can't imagine the cost of either having to repair all the damages in my home or to buy a whole new home if I lived in the area where the flood is. If the government decides to flood your house why wouldn't they help cover the costs of damages or the cost of a whole new house? If their going to destroy their home at least help cover the costs, not pay the whole cost, just maybe half of the costs.
