The dikes have been torn down and the water didn't move as fast as i thought it would be. I thought the water would move fast and spread everywhere , until it reached the next barrier. If it had moved as fast as i thought the next barrier would have probably been knocked over. If this was to happen, someone would have probably been killed by the freezing water. But this is only my thoughts about what i thought was going to happen.
