Manitoba Winnipeg has been flooded. there are homes ruiend people dead and family members gone! , this is a big deal . fronm this picture i was imaging how high this light is and that is how high the water is man is that ever high , its over maybe 7feet tall! including hight!...i wonder how familys would feel right now haveing thire homes gone and no where to go . this is a big problem!
