Water these days!!!. Water that floods in Manitoba may be out of luck, if they don't get enough sand bags. The people that have been kicked out from their homes should really get paid, people that may just got their new homes. The Brandon downtown on 18th street will close down, if one of the sand bags fell it will flood.
