When I heard that the government was gonna tear down some of the dikes to flood some houses to save other houses, i thought that maybe some people didnt have anywhere else to go or something.I  suppose  that they are doing it to save more homes, but for the people living in the houses that are gonna be torn down they might get frustrated and stuff...
