When a area gets flooded it will pick all the garbage from the roads, and landfills and this will contaminate the water which will make it a very serious health concern. When the flood hits the streets it will go into the sewers and lift the waste into the streets. All the garbage will appear in the town because the water will have lifted it all around the town. It will not be healthy to breath it in if it the water ever goes away. How unhealthy do you think it will be to breath in garbage and waste from sewers?
