This picture just blew me away. As you can see the house has collapsed. You can also see all of their food and supplies floating out of the house to the middle of nowhere. First of all, the stuff that floats out will contaminate the water. Second, if you lose all of that stuff you will have nothing to eat or drink so you will have to find money.  But without a house and no jobs, you will not be able to make money, that you couldn't spend anyway. It would be horrible to live in one of these towns/city's that is always being flooded when they could start prepare like half a year before it comes, but they don't. Imagine living here and losing pretty much everything. Imagine.
