Imagine drving by and seeing this it looks like a lake when its not its just beside the road. I would love to play in that if it wasnt cold and polluted from the places its run through. I beleive that even if they sandbag everything they still couldn't stop the water because there is too much of it and its flowing too fast and I think that its will cause much more damage before its over.
