Wow what a load of money gone down the drain. Besides losing a lot of money it is a huge environmental problem because of the gas and toxins that were in those cars is now in the water and floating about the city. If someone were to go out in the water they could take in water by accident and and get sick off the toxins. Also after the flooding is done and over with the water will go back into the rivers and it could poison the fish, which we eat and it could poison us. So it is a big environmental hazard because of all the toxins out of the vehicles and it is an economy problem because of all the ruined cars.
