money,money,money,money,and more money going down the drain

This flood is cause Manitoba nothing but money! Buisnesses closeing down for a while, losing money to protect stock. With buisnesses not running, people are getting laid off. Lose, lose situation. But some buisnesses who were too late lost some of their stock. Which is even more money that would be lost. Even farmers who land is about to be flooded, will loose millions of dollars. How will Manitoba recover from this flood?
