Wow, This is a guy using his boat on what used to be the road a few months earlier. I think that it would be kind of fun just rippin' your boat around town but at the same time I think that it would be sad knowing that just a few months ago it was a normal road that you used a vehicle to drive on. Now you just park your boat on your little island if you are Lucky enough to have the water level lower than your house. This guy is all alone in his boat with no one around him. It's like a a ghost town made of water. To me it looks like this guy doesn't have anything anymore so he is just going where ever in his boat.
