When the water goes into Brandon it will have hit the gas station and it will have had gas and/or oil contaminating the water. With all of the marine life in the water it will have Poisson alot of the creatures. Also if anybody had been swept away by the water it would have made them sick if they have swallowed any of the contaminated water.
