This weekend i was in winnnipeg and as we drove by the river i looked and seen that the trees were almost under the water and almost reaching the houses near there. If i was the people living in those houses i would be angry that there is a chance that the water will rise up and flood my house.

Wow! That would be scary because knowing that the water would be soon geting into your home. I would also be angry also I would hate to live there because of the water.
