Woaah. After Mrs. Allen showed us all of the pictures she took from Brandon, it really showed me how real these floods were! It was unbelievable. The floods are affecting so many things in so many ways, especially economically! Lots of roads and stores are closing, meaning the stores cannot employ anyone, or sell any products. Peoples houses could be destroyed, or be contaminated with mold, meaning they have to redo basically everyhing! The city can't really bring in any tourists with the flooding, not too many people are going to want to be there if they don't have to. Imagine what this can do to a community? I'm so glad i don't live somewhere where i have to worry about floods!

Many people can't imagine how bad theses floods really are unless you are in them or actually go there and see it. I especially feel bad for the people who have to start from scratch, and take a while to recover their businesses.
