The water levels in Manitoba are extremely high. If that were happening here people would be evacuating the town and going on vacation. It would be kind of scary though because if the water flooded your house while you were sleeping, you may not be able to escape. It would also be kind of cool to be able to drive your boat around in you backyard.

I think rather than people going on vacation they would be fleeing too highground because they couldn't get out of the town on the highways because they would also be flooded
