What would you do all day if the community you lived in was flooded like some of them in Manitoba? Would you go play outside? No because the flooding is to bad. You couldnt go anywhere because your streets are covered in water and your cars are probably under water too. How would you get places? Also some kids that may not like school may want to go because they would at least have something to do there instead of staring out the window at the water that is everywhere.
