With all of the water flooding peoples homes there is nothing to do. In this picture the garage is almost completely under water. With the garage underwater then the basement must be flooded, therefore the people with bedrooms in the basement have to find somewhere to sleep upstairs. Could you imagine not being able to stay in your own bedroom because it is full of water. I can relate because mty bedroom is in the basement at my house and I know i wouldn't be happy if I had to sleep on the couch upstairs without privacy. Also if the water is that high then people can't really leave their houses. You would have to be a pretty strong swimmer to go anywhere and even if you do, where are you gonna go? All the water has people trapped in their houses for who know's how long. Sure kids like to stay inside and play video games, but after a while other things are just as fun. Also if your stuck in your house, how are you going to get to the grocery store to buy food? If the water doesnt go down, and people can't leave their houses, then what are they going to eat?
