Wow. Imagine having to barricade yourselves in your own city just because of a flood. It would really suck to be trapped in your own home having to hide from the water that could hurt you and potentially kill you. I couldn't imagine having to live in a flooded city. I would have to stay on high ground and keep away from the water, because it is probably really cold and could freeze you to death. And imagine if you were stuck in a car right when the area was flooded and then drowned. That would suck.
