The fllood is getting more dangerous. Covering the roads. Water most be going into the houses. would if the next day the water is more higher. And would if it filled almost your hole house. That would suck!!!. Why can't they bulid a wall so the water couldn't get in the houses or on the roads. Or atleast try to do something about it.
