It's very scary how high these water levels in Manitoba are getting. I do not understand why people move there. They KNOW this happens every year! And not just that, why would they move right near a river or valley they KNOW will flood? I mean, I feel bad for Owen Jessop and the others who houses are being flooded, but do they not have any brains at all?! Maybe its just me, but I do not understand why people move there in the first place.
Any opinions?
