I can't believe how high the water is getting! If you look at this picture, the car is forced to drive directly through the water. Lots of people have already left their homes, but I don't understand why people don't plan for this ahead of time. I know that the city sets up sandbags and stuff to stop the water from over flowing the highway, but I still think people should be doing more to help. People shouldn't have to leave there homes every year then come back to their neighborhoods destroyed.
