That's crazy. Theres so much water in Winnipeg. What if you were to have to go for say, a drive to the store and your car got flooded? What if you had to walk?
Personally, I think I would go just run through all of the water once, just to get it out of my system. But after a while, if I still had to walk through what has become basically lakes, I would start getting rather annoyed. I would be like, this is madness! Madness? THIS. IS. SPARTAAAAAA.
Well not really, I would probably just get really angry and just say, I refuse to walk anywhere.
I think that the people of Winnipeg should move, at least like away from the worst of the flood zones. Even though most of them probably can't, it's an idea.
